Dannielynn was born to Tabloid News and legal battles as multiple men including Larry, attorney Howard K. Stern, Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt, and Anna's former bodyguard Alexander Denk claimed to have affair with Anna and were potentially the father of the child.
However, attorney Howard K. Stern was already listed as the father of Dannielynn Birkhead in her birth certificate issued in The Bahamas. As multiple men claimed to be the potential father of the child, a DNA test was ordered by the court which proved Larry to be the girl's father.
Larry subsequently amended the birth certificate, obtained a passport for Dannielynn, and brought her back to the United States of America.
